We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return or exchange, please put your item(s) back in the mail within 7 days. Tags must be attached and the item unworn to receive any credit. All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, wallets, swimwear, hats, giftables and lingerie are final sale. Any items purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale, this includes Code WELCOME25FINALSALE.
After the 7 day period, all items become final sale. All exchanges are final sale, unless the item being exchanged is due to a damage, or an issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached or shoe box, cannot be worn, washed, or altered. The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout and will post within 7 - 10 business days. Monkee’s of the Pines reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
To Make a Return
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Monkee’s of the Pines is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from the Southern Pines and Pinehurst locations. As a small business, we cannot accommodate every return, but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
Shipping
We offer a $10 Flat Rate shipping option or get FREE SHIPPING when you spend $150+, we ship via UPS and USPS. We also offer a FREE pick up in store option for local customers. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.

FARM Rio
With over 25 years of history, FARM Rio’s story began when two friends, Katia Barrow and Marcello Bastos, opened a small booth in an independent market. That would soon become part of Rio de Janeiro’s lifestyle, with over 86 stores across our home country, which turned RARMRio into the most beloved Brazilian contemporary brand. In 2019, their journey took them abroad. In this bright-new chapter, our prints landed in many places worldwide, starting in the United States with stores in NYC, Miami, and LA. FARM Rio has also partnered with One Tree Planted to aid in reforestation efforts in all Brazilian Biomes: the Amazon rainforest, Atlantic rainforest, Caatinga, Cerrado, Pampa, and Pantanal. For each purchase FARM Rio donates a dollar amount equivalent to one tree to be planted. In the end of 2022, FARM Rio has reached the milestone of 1,000,000 trees donated, and this is just the beginning.
