Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! Please read the following carefully regarding our shipping and return policy:

All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, wallets, swimwear, hats, fragrances, giftables, lingerie and shape wear are final sale. No exceptions. Any items purchased on sale, or purchased with a promotional code, are final sale. This includes our WELCOME20 and Textclub20 promotions.

 All items purchased as a gift may be exchanged, or returned to either of our locations for store credit only.

 All shoes and clothing tried on in store are eligible for store credit or exchange only. This must be done within our 7 day return window. After the 7 day window the purchase becomes final sale. 

 A full refund back to the original form of payment qualifies for purchases made online, within our 7 day return window. Outside of our our 7 day return window, all purchases are final sale unless otherwise specified.

 All exchanges are final sale, unless the item being exchanged is due to a damage, or an issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached or shoe box, cannot be worn, washed, or altered. The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout and will post within 7 - 10 business days.

 Monkee’s of the Pines reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

To Make a Return

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Monkee’s of the Pines is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from the Southern Pines and Pinehurst store locations. As a small business, we cannot accommodate every return, but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.


We pride ourselves on 2 day express shipping for all online purchases. We offer complimentary shipping for orders over $200. All shipments under $200 require a flate rate of $10. Our main shipping carriers are UPS and USPS. Please reach out to us should you have preferred shipping requirements, or would like your package insured.

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
