Return Policy:

We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return or exchange, please put your item(s) back in the mail within 7 days. Tags must be attached and the item unworn to receive any credit. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion (This includes WELCOME20). All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, wallets, swimwear, hats, giftables and lingerie are final sale. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.

As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

After the 7 day period, all items become final sale. All exchanges are final sale, unless the item being exchanged is due to a damage, or an issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached or shoe box, cannot be worn, washed or altered. All refunds will post within 7 - 10 business days. Monkee’s of the Pines reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout. Monkee’s of the Pines is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

 
 
Shipping
We offer a $10 Flat Rate shipping option or get FREE SHIPPING when you spend $150+, we ship via UPS and USPS. We also offer a FREE pick up in store option for local customers. After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
