Time to Relax with some drinks

It’s a great day when the toughest decision is where to have a delicious cocktail, and our town is full of options. Try Hemmingways Daquiri or the Russian Donkey at Leadmine, or the Old Fashion and Margarita at Divine!

We have several options of craft breweries to visit in our little town, and all of them are pet and kid- friendly, plus most are owned by Veterans, how cool?! Southern Pines Growler, Southern Pines Brewing, and Hatchet Brewing are all fantastic. Plus, check out Red’s Corner; a new spot that just opened which has beer, wine, food trucks and playgrounds for the kids!

If you have room, and are craving something sweet you have to check out the Ice Cream Parlor. So many delicious, homemade flavors and treats!

Check out some of our favorite local shops while visiting

In need of a gift, souvenir, or retail therapy? Try Mockingbird on Broad. The owner has fun, quirky taste, and so many cute gifts. Belli Bambibi is the most adorable kids boutique, and DAHR is another locally owned destination for furniture, and home decor. Lavender and the Country Book Shop also offer special gift options, and for women’s clothing the options are endless! Besides us of course, check out Marie & Marcele, J. McLaughlin, Pink in the Pines, Manifest, Eve & Avery, the Mod Shop and Patrcia’s.

We hope you enjoy our little tour guide to explore some of our favorites in our amazing downtown Southern Pines. Regardless of your choice during your visit, just know that you’ll be supporting true, small, local businesses- and we all so appreciate you for it!
